Kapil Sharma is a famous Indian stand-up comedian, host, actor, singer, and producer. He is popular for his show “Comedy Nights with Kapil” which became broadcasted by means of the colors TV. The show earned him a massive name, fame, and reputation. He was also seen as a guest on Koffee With Karan Season 5. He debuted as a lead Bollywood actor in the 2015 Abbas Mustan super-hit film, ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’. He is presently hosting the comedy show “The Kapil Sharma show” in Sony Entertainment Television.
Biography
Kapil Sharma was born on 2nd April 1981 in Amritsar, Punjab. Kapil was brought up into a lower-middle class family. He completed his schooling from Shri Ram Ashram Sen. Sec. School. Later he did his graduation from Hindu College, Amritsar. He is very close to his mother Janak Rani. His Father K. Sharma was a head constable in the Punjab Police who died in the year 2004 due to cancer. Kapil has an elder brother, Ashok Kumar Sharma and a sister Pooja Sharma. After the death of his father, Kapil started working in theaters to support his family. Kapil Sharma is in a relationship with Bhavneeth (Ginni) Chatrarth. They each have regarded each other for 10 years on his college days in Jalandhar but, they fell in love on the sets of ‘Hans Baliye.The couple is maximum possible to get married next year.
Career
He started his career as a theater artist. He became paid minimal salary within the preliminary stages of his career and he even acted without being paid at all. His prior passion was making a song, however, he made his mark as a comic. Kapil Sharma commenced his career in comedy by participating in a reality show ‘Ustaadon Ka Ustaad’. Kapil was also spotted in the comedy show ‘Hasde Hasande Ravo’ on MH One. however, he was given the limelight in 2007 while he participated in the 3rd season of “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge”. Kapil Sharma has co-hosted the sixth season of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ with Manish Paul and few episodes of ‘Bigg Boss’ too. He has also hosted a comedy show ‘Chhote Miyan’. He was also a winner of ‘Kahani Comedy Circus Ki’. After growing a name in the industry, he released his own comedy show “Comedy Nights with Kapil”, underneath his production house “K9 Production” in 2013 that’s one of the most well-known Kapil Sharma television Show.
